Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Shipping Worldwide:

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. We can ship to most countries in the world. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Shipping Methods and Shipping Time:

1. All in-stock items ship within 24-48 hours of order receipt.

2. Standard Shipping - Arrives within 7-30 days by ePacket, eParcel or Air Mail. (depends on different countries and areas) 

Notes: Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays. However, sometimes you may receive your items much earlier as for some countries by areas. 

Returns and Refunds Policy

Cancellation:
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns:
We accept return on products. Customers has the right to apply for return within 30 days after the receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email.

Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
